Terms and Conditions

Check twice to be sure the item in your cart is the item that you wish to purchase, including color, size,  quantity. If you are unhappy with any Favor Care Organics product for any reason, you must let us know by email within 30 days from the date of purchase by emailing us at contact@favorcareorganics.com. To Begin A Return Claim You must submit:

* full name/name of purchaser,

* order number,

*phone,

* your shipping address

*reason for requesting claim review 

*email

* photo of purchase

 to complete the return claim review process. No exceptions. 

We will issue a refund minus shipping   applicable fees, and handling charges, IF A REFUND IS AWARDED AFTER REVIEW OF YOUR CLAIM. 

If a refund is NOT rewarded, we will seek a feasable solution to resolve. 

All taxes,  shipping, handling, and other applicable fees will NOT BE REFUNDED if you are rewarded a refund.  

***Opened/Used containers are non refundable. No exceptions. 

We reserve the right to remain blameless if items ordered are lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping and delivery, no refund will be awarded for such instances beyond our control. We reserve the right to not re ship any items damaged,  lost, or stolen during shipping and delivery.
